I found you

Okay so this is my first time drawing Rayquaza. It's a little...strange looking, but I had trouble changing it, so it stayed. I wanted to experiment with the glow effect and the night sky some more, but I'll do that with something else. At least I learned something from this!
If anyone has some shading tips, it would be greatly appreciated!
